Jökulsárlón is a glacial lagoon, bordering Vatnajökull National Park in southeastern Iceland. The Glacier Lagoon flows through a short waterway into the Atlantic Ocean, leaving chunks of ice on a black sand beach. In winter, the fish-filled lagoon hosts hundreds of seals.
